FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions about Gas Barbecue Grills
Q1: What kind of fuel can be used in a gas grill? Are there country-specific requirements?
Gas can be used. The gas grill will be configured with gas components according to different countries of shipment, such as:
1. United States: the pressure reducing valve is required to be installed on the product, the pressure reducing valve will not touch the ground under the state of natural sagging;
2. Germany: the pressure reducing valve is required to interface with the product valve body must be a 1/4 threaded connector;
3. the other European countries, such as the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, France, etc., the pressure reducing valve requires the interface to be a pigtail connector.
Q2:are there any other configuration differences for the Gas grill to the United States and European countries in addition to the pressure reducing valve?
Yes, there are and mainly for nozzles & valve body interface differences.
1. nozzles are different: the nozzle size is different, which will affect the thermal efficiency of the different. American standard 1.0 nozzle, the thermal value can reach 10,000 BTU, while the European standard 0.85 nozzle, the thermal value of 8500 BTU.
2. valve body interface is different: the valve body interface is mainly used in conjunction with the pressure reducing valve, corresponding to the country's pressure reducing valve must be used in conjunction with the corresponding country's valve body. American standard interface for 5/8 thread interface, European countries (except Germany for 1/4 thread connector) are basically pigtail interface.
Q3:What type of gas is used for gas grill?
Generally, you can use gas cylinders that meet local standards, such as the picture on the right, shown in the U.S. standard gas cylinders.
Q4: Do I need batteries to ignite the gas grill?
There are two types of ignition for gas grill:
1. electronic pulse ignition: this type of ignition uses dry battery as the power source, which is easy to operate, reliable and highly stable, and it only needs to press the power button lightly to produce a continuous electric spark to realize efficient ignition.
2. piezoelectric ceramic ignition: this type of ignition Utilizing the piezoelectric effect, the ceramic piece produces high-voltage electrical energy under pressure, thus generating an electric spark to ignite the gas.
Q5:Is it easy to clean the gas grill?
During the grilling process, most of the accessories that the food and oil may contact with, such as grill net, fire partition, heat preservation net, oil cup, etc. can be removed so it is quite easy to get them cleaned.
Q6:Do I need to preheat the gas grill?
Generally speaking, there is no need to preheat,we can use gas grill right away to bake food.

Frequently Asked Questions About Electric Pellet Stoves
Q1: What kind of fuel can be used in electric pellet stove?
Fruit wood pellets can be used, such as oak, alder, maple, American hickory, American walnut, shepherd's purse, cherry, apple wood, etc. Each kind of fruit wood pellet has its own unique flavor. It is recommended to use fruit wood pellets with a diameter of 8mm or less, otherwise it will potentially cause machine failure!
Q2: Does an electric pellet stove use electricity to generate heat?
Electric pellet stoves use electricity to heat the ignition rod to the point where the pellets can be ignited. Electricity is mainly used to light up the control panel display, to start the pellet conveyor and to heat the ignition rod.
Q3: Are electric pellet stoves accurate?
Yes. By adjusting the knobs on the control panel, we can easily select a desired grilling temperature.
Q4: Are these the only two types of electric pellet stoves?
There are more than one. We have more electric pellet stoves in production and under development, and the current stock number of electric pellet stoves is up to 18.
