A: We are a professional manufacturer of all kinds of home refrigerators/coolers & commercial & home use ice makers. We are located in Ningbo, welcome to visit our factory to discuss about business development and cooperation.

Q2: What is your terms of payment?
A: Basically our payment term is T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.

Q3: How long is your product lead time?
A: We generally ship the product within 3-40 days after the deposit confirmed for normal order. The lead-time could be longer depending on the order volume & seasonality. 

Q4:  Is the sample free? 
A: We welcome sample order to test and check quality. You will need to pay the sample fee and delivery cost first, but once you confirm the order with certain volume, we will refund you sample fee immediately.

Q5: What is your minimum order quantity? 
A: Usually, we need 1x20GP or as specified in our product quotation.

Q6: Can you accept small order?
A: Yes, small orders are available, we support new project of our customers as we know business is always from small order trial order.

Q7: Can you supply customized products and logo?
A: Yes. OEM&ODM customized orders are available. Just send us your drawing designs or requirements, customized packing is also available.

Q8: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
